The connection between our dreams and our lives has fascinated people from time immemorial. Some consider them a sign, a harbinger of things to come, while others consider them a reflection of what we do and experience in our daily, mundane lives.What do the Sages think?

The fact is, it cannot be proven either way from this passage. Whether the observed prayer in the dream is happening because you prayed that day, or whether it is God's way of awakening you to make an effort at prayer, one thing is for sure: If your dreams are full of the Divine, then you are way ahead of anyone whose dreams are full of the gutter. And that is a vision that we all can identify with.
