Pray With Your All
Thoughts and Prayers from Jerusalem
Shalom from Jerusalem!
When a person prays, all the bones in their spine should bend to the maximum when they bow.
Brachot 28
As King David exclaimed in Psalms 35, 10: All my bones shall say: "Lord, who is like You." Our sages took this literally, and modern physio-psychology agrees.
The more of you that you commit to something, the more committed you are to it. And if every bone in your spine feels that you are committed to God, than that commitment will go the length and breadth of your very being.
Today, pray with your heart, your soul - and your entire body.
